1. Use of Website & Services

You agree not to:

2. Coaching, Courses & Education Disclaimer

We do NOT guarantee:

- Deal closings

- Financial outcomes

Real estate involves variables outside our control. Your results depend on your effort, consistency, market conditions, and personal decisions.

Any examples of earnings or success stories are for educational purposes only.

3. Billing & Payment Terms

When purchasing programs, memberships, events, or coaching:

- You authorize SOW Real Estate to charge your payment method

- All payments must be completed on schedule

- Failed payments may result in suspension of access

- Payment plans must be paid in full

4. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the specific sales page:

- All sales are final.

- No refunds on digital products, courses, coaching, or event tickets.

- Refunds are not provided due to non-use or lack of results.

We enforce this policy to protect the integrity of our intellectual property and programs.

5. Group Coaching, Memberships & Access

For membership programs such as SOW Real Estate Wealth Skool:

- Access lasts for the duration of your active subscription period

- Content may be updated, modified, or expanded at our discretion

- We reserve the right to remove disruptive or abusive members

- Coaching does not create a legal advisor–client relationship

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including:

- Training modules

- Videos

- Documents

- PDFs

- Processes

- Frameworks

- Templates

- Branding

- Logos

- Messaging

…is the exclusive property of SOW Real Estate and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- SOW Real Estate is not liable for damages or losses resulting from use of our content or services

- We are not responsible for outcomes or decisions made based on our training

- Real estate investing carries inherent risk; you assume all responsibility

8. Email & SMS Communication Consent

By submitting your information, you consent to:

- Receive emails from us

- Receive SMS text messages

- Be contacted about programs, events, and opportunities

You may opt out at any time.

9. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to deny access or terminate accounts for:

- Violating these Terms

- Abusive behavior

- Fraudulent activity

- Chargebacks

10. Governing Law
